the humidity is killing me
so I haven’t been so great at keeping this thing going, consistently, so far this summer. The climate change has been slowing down my pace, the East cost (specifically the region I’m in) has humidity that I’m not use to…since I’ve spent most of my childhood and young adult life in the Midwest, which is cooler and more dry.
